For  off-site remote coding, our medical coders’ salary range is commensurate with training, certifications (e.g. RHIA, RHIT, CCS, CCS-P or CPC), and also ability to work with ICD-9  coding requirements or with new ICD-10 coding standards. Anyone with training is welcome to apply for a job with PDN, but our dedication to our clients needs, particularly for data accuracy, are matched only by our own high standards. We maintain at least a 98% data accuracy rate, and coders must meet this level of accuracy, preferably, much higher.
