The Jordan Evans Institute (JEI) provides Corporate Education and Training for staff development. Course topics include, but are not limited to: Customer Service, Work Ethics, Cultural Diversity, Medical Coding, and Medical Terminology.
Each course is designed to leverage the organization's mission, vision, and values and to advance knowledge, skills, and attitude in the workplace. Core competencies are defined within the organization. All JEI workshops provide data that organizations can use for team building and continuous improvements.
Workshops can be delivered six days per week on days, nights, and weekends. JEI has a pool of more than 37 faculty members approved by the State of Illinois.
