PDN specializes in healthcare employment staffing positions for healthcare providers and government agencies. PDN has a variety of medical support positions; and PDN provides management consultants for reorganizations, audits, quality control, interim management requirements, and departmental assessments. All of our staffers and exclusive search candidates undergo rigorous testing and interviewing for prospective positions.
PDN requires ongoing education and training for coders, certifications, degrees and licenses where appropriate. Most medical support staff including coders are required to undergo testing for competency, medical terminology, and are required to have continuing education (PDN provides seminars and training classes) and most coding positions (ICD9, billing, inpatient and outpatient coding) require at least two years of experience in the healthcare sector.
